In this "Crashkurs" a general Kommuniktionstheorie is developed, in which the most well-known concepts are arranged over communication and described perspectively. Transceiver model, which is the basis for many information theories, here as special case more comprehensive system theory proven, whereby the naive use of the model, in which humans than transmitters and receivers is treated, is criticized.

In this "Crashkurs" it concerns thus to understand "communication" as process under system-theoretical perspective. Naturally each information theory has its favourite examples. I reflect here in particular communication in the medium "World Wide Web". The InterNet, in particular in form of a hyperlibrary (Crashkurs compares hyperlibrary) is a technologically highly developed medium, on the basis which communication processes accordingly differentiated can be understood.
